How long does it take to get a shortlist?+

72 hours from the moment we receive your brief. For senior or highly specialized roles, we may take up to a week — and we'll tell you upfront if that's the case.

What if none of the candidates are a fit?+

We keep sourcing. There's no extra fee for additional shortlists on the same role. If you'd rather pause and come back later, that's fine too — we never charge a retainer.

Do I pay anything if I don't end up hiring?+

No. You pay only when a candidate you found through us starts work. No upfront cost, no commitment to hire, no charge for shortlists that don't convert.

What roles do you typically place?+

Software engineering, product, design, marketing, operations, customer success, finance and BD. For specialized roles (data engineering, ML, niche SaaS verticals) we headhunt — give us a week.

How does the 45-day replacement guarantee work?+

If your hire leaves or doesn't work out within 45 days of starting, we'll source a replacement at no additional fee. No paperwork, no friction — just message us and we'll restart the brief.

Can RJN help with contracts and payroll setup?+

Yes. We provide locally compliant offer letters and contract templates, and walk first-time employers through payroll, social security and TDS basics. For ongoing payroll, we can refer you to partners we trust.
