We keep sourcing. There's no extra fee for additional shortlists on the same role. If you'd rather pause and come back later, that's fine too — we never charge a retainer.
Do I pay anything if I don't end up hiring?+
No. You pay only when a candidate you found through us starts work. No upfront cost, no commitment to hire, no charge for shortlists that don't convert.
What roles do you typically place?+
